B2B ordering portal: Customers log in and order.

Their prices, their history, your delivery days and cutoffs. On your domain, on their phone.

What's included.

A login for every customer.

Each customer sees only their price list, their order history and their delivery schedule. Nothing to download; it runs in the browser on any phone.

Reorder last week in one tap.

Search by name or SKU, in the words your customers use. Quantities in cases, pounds or each. Last week's order copies in one tap.

Cutoffs that enforce themselves.

Only your delivery days show. A day closes at your cutoff and the next open day is offered. Customers can edit until cutoff, then it locks.

The warehouse sees Thursday at a glance.

Orders by delivery date, a pick list for the day, packing slips one at a time or all at once.

Your data stays yours.

Export orders and customers as CSV, pull them by API, or get a webhook the moment an order is placed. You own the site and the data.

How it fits.

The portal is the front door of the spine. Every order placed here feeds the warehouse view, billing, dispatch and the Monday margin brief.

Questions.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It's built for a phone first. No app to install.

Can my customers see each other's prices?

No. Each login sees one price list, one history, one delivery schedule. Accounts are invite-only, so there is no public signup.

What if a customer still calls or texts their order?

The order desk takes the texts and drops them into the same system. Calls still go to your office, with fewer orders to type.

Who owns the site?

You do. It runs on your domain, the data is yours, and you can export it at any time.

How long until it's live?

Four to six weeks from the day we have your price list and customer list. Your monthly starts the day it goes live.
