How to take orders by text message without losing any
Text orders aren't the problem. Lost, unclear and unconfirmed ones are. The rules, reply templates and tools that fix it.
Customers text or WhatsApp the way they already do. The desk reads it, confirms it, and the order lands in your system. Anything unclear goes to a person.
