How we launch: Portal first. Then one assistant at a time.

You pay for each piece from the day it's live, not before. Here's the order and what we need from you.

The order of things.

  1. Kickoff. Week 1.

One call. Your price list, your customer list, your delivery days and cutoffs, the domain you want. We set up your account that day.

  2. Portal live. Weeks 2 to 6.

Your customers get invites. For the first week your office runs the old way in parallel while we watch orders come in.

  3. Order desk live.

Your business number goes on. We replay a week of your real texts through the desk before a customer ever touches it.

  4. Accounts live.

Your website form and missed calls get answered. Reps get their booking links.

  5. Then one a month.

Billing, margin, buyer, dispatch. Each one goes live on your account when it's ready, and bills from that day.

Who does what.

You

  • Your price list and customer list.
  • Your delivery days and cutoffs.
  • One point of contact.
  • Thirty minutes a week while we launch.

We

  • Setup and imports.
  • Training for the office and the warehouse.
  • The first week on watch.
  • Support by text and email after that.

What you own.

The site, the domain, the data. Export any time. If we part ways, you keep all of it.

Questions.

How long does the portal take?

Four to six weeks from the day we have your price list.

What if my team won't use it?

Most of your team never has to. Your customers order; the warehouse prints. The review queue is one screen.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes, for each piece, and the monthly starts the day that piece is live. We put the numbers in writing after the call.

What if it doesn't work for us?

There's a performance out in the agreement. You'll see it before you sign, and you keep your data and your site either way.

Start with the portal.

Bring your price list. We'll show you the rest on it.
